By booking a Service you acknowledge that in-person services involve inherent risks including injury, allergic reaction, or property damage.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Ventures Away and the provider from claims arising from participation except gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You agree to disclose relevant health conditions to the provider (especially for massage, spa, and training categories).
You confirm you have authority to allow service at the provided location (guest home or stay property).
