Refund Policy
Full refund when provider cancels, service was not delivered as booked, or a covered quality issue is confirmed after review.
May apply when service was partially delivered or material listing misrepresentation is verified.
Guest no-shows, cancellations outside the listing window, or issues arising from guest-provided unsafe premises may not qualify.
Contact support within 72 hours of the scheduled service with booking code and details. Refunds return to original payment method when possible.
