Provider Terms
You are an independent provider, not an employee of Ventures Away. You control your schedule, pricing within platform rules, and how services are delivered.
Listings require accurate descriptions, portfolio photos, credentials where required, and approved location modes. Submitted listings enter vetting before publication.
Platform fee: 15% of service subtotal, minimum USD 6 equivalent. Payouts follow standard booking settlement after the service date, subject to payout delay settings.
You agree to Provider Standards, maintain appropriate insurance for your category, and attest coverage at onboarding.
Provider-initiated cancellations may incur penalties and affect quality score. Repeated issues may lead to suspension.
