Guest may cancel free of charge until 24 hours before the scheduled service start. Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit refund except where law requires otherwise.

Guest may cancel free of charge until 72 hours before the scheduled service start. Cancellations within 72 hours may forfeit refund except where law requires otherwise.


Provider cancellation

If the provider cancels, the guest receives a full refund of amounts paid for the service booking. Provider may incur a cancellation penalty.


Force majeure

Severe weather, government orders, or emergencies may qualify for rescheduling or refund at Ventures Away discretion.
