Request account and data deletion

Use this page to ask Ventures Away to delete your account and the personal data associated with it. We email you a confirmation link. Your account closes when you confirm.

What we delete

  • Profile details, photo, phone, and login access.
  • Saved homes, searches, and account preferences.
  • Personal messages that are not needed for an open stay or dispute.

What we keep

  • Booking, payment, and tax records for as long as the law requires.
  • Information needed to finish an open reservation, payout, fraud review, or legal claim.

After you confirm, the account is closed immediately. Remaining personal data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days.
