Providers must maintain liability insurance appropriate to their category and attest coverage at onboarding.
Ventures Away's marketplace insurance programs (if any) do not replace provider primary coverage.
Guests should maintain renters/home insurance for property damage during in-home services.
Claims between guest and provider should first be documented via support; Ventures Away may facilitate but does not adjudicate insurance disputes.
