Ventures Away Services — Platform Terms
These Terms govern bookings of on-demand services (chefs, photography, massage, spa, training, and related categories) offered through Ventures Away (“Services”). Services are separate from stays and experiences.
Guests and providers must be at least 18 (or the category minimum age). Providers must complete vetting, maintain required licenses where applicable, and accept provider terms.
Each booking specifies date, time, offering tier, guest count, location mode (guest home, provider venue, or public), and applicable taxes. Instant Book is default unless a listing requires approval.
Ventures Away is a marketplace connecting independent providers with guests. We do not perform services, employ providers, or guarantee outcomes beyond our trust & safety processes.
Guest platform fee on Services is 0%. Provider/platform fee is 15% minimum USD 6 equivalent. Applicable service tax is shown at checkout.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected in the legal version shown at checkout.
