Guest Terms for Services
Provide accurate contact details, guest count, and service address when location is at your stay or home. Ensure the space is safe, accessible, and suitable for the booked category.
Treat providers respectfully. No harassment, discrimination, or unsafe conditions. Follow ground rules and category-specific requirements (e.g., hygiene for massage/spa).
You authorize charges shown at checkout including service subtotal and service tax. No guest service fee applies to Services bookings.
Cancellation terms follow the listing policy (flex_24h or flex_72h) selected by the provider. See Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
You acknowledge inherent risks in in-person services and agree to the Guest Release & Waiver at booking.
